Rose has been a lifelong Community
advocate and Political activist. She was born in Salinas, and
takes pride in having a family who has been part of the business
community since 1948. Prior to becoming a successful Realtor®,
she was an award winning journalist with over 25 years experience
as a radio and television news reporter, newspaper columnist,
and talk show host. She has served as moderator, master of ceremonies,
keynote speaker, and narrator for many events and community
based projects.
Rose is the
Top Producer for 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004,2005 and 2006 with
the firm of Town 'N Country Realty and thrives on helping people
make their dreams come true. She attributes her success on her
Positive Attitude, the latest technology at her fingertips,
and a great team of lenders and escrow officers. Rose is a skilled
negotiator who helps her clients maximize their Real Estate
investments. Education is very important to Rose, so she continues
to make time to give her motivational speeches of empowerment
to the students of the area and in doing so implants the seeds
in their minds that they can accomplish anything they want,
if they only believe in themselves. Her motto "There are
no Impossible's" is practiced daily in all she does. Rose
also continues to be involved in politics and in her spare time
she enjoys partaking in a good debate. She has earned numerous
